Once again... you have free reign over your characters... feel free to add something or take away something from them.

IC: It was a quiet evening at the Halliwell house. So far nothing paranormal had happened and the three sisters were enjoying their night off.

Phoebe flopped down on the couch and opened the bag of books that she had just bought at the bookstore. Ever the researcher, she had bought several books about demons and foul and evil creatures. She flipped through the pages of the book.

"Killed it.... Vanquished it. Killed it. Burned it up." There wasn't many that they hadn't beaten. Two of the pages stuck together and she slowly peeled them apart. She flattened the page down and looked at a picture of man dressed all in black... and very sharp teeth. "Oooh a vampire." She ran her fingers over the picture. The book dropped. She closed her eyes as it happened again.
The premonition was so strong this time.

In her premonition, she saw a young girl running down a dark alley. She was runing from something.... slowly a black figure appeared in the alley. Then the vision stopped as quickly as it began.

Piper

Piper came in the door, her arms full of groceries so she didnt notice Phoebe's state right away. Dropping her bags off in the kitchen, she loked around for someone to help bring in the next load and spies her sister sitting in a familiar frozen state.

"Oh oh," She said as she hurried to Phoebe's side. "Phoebe, whats wrong. What is it this time?"

Leo

Hearing Piper call out asking if anything was wrong, I orb down to the living room of the Halliwell Manor, appearing in a cascade of blue light. "Pheobe are you okay, what did you see?" I ask as I run my hand across her face.

Phoebe

"I am fine. Just another grand vision." Phoebe slid her hands down her face. "I was reading a book on demons and other evils, then two pages stuck together. I pulled them apart, looked at the picture of a vampire and WHAM. Some girl was running down an alley and a dark figure was following her. Thats all I could get."

I walk in the front door after a long day at work. After closing the door I walk into the front room and see Phoebe sitting on
the couch with Piper and Leo standing next to her.

"Uh, oh. What's wrong guys?"

Piper

Standing, I point to Phoebe and say,"Looks like we just got a vision of what we're up against next. How does vampire hunting sound to you?"

Addressing everyone in the room, I add,"I dont know about you but I think I will forgo the traditional vampire killing methods and just consult the book to make sure we are doing it right. Anyone want to volunteer to go and look with me?"

Phoebe

"You guys go on up. I think I need to just sit here for a few. Collect my thoughts." Phoebe closed her eyes and leaned back against the cushions of the couch. Demons were one thing...Vampires were another.

Leo

I will be up in a minute to help you research Piper.

"Are you sure you will be okay?" I ask Pheobe with a look of concern on my face. Knowing how much regular premonitions take out of her, and this one knocking her onto the floor had to be really rough on her.

Phoebe

"I am fine. I promise. Just concerned now. We've battled evil witches, demons, and other foul things, but we haven't had to deal with many vampires. And I don't know what happened to that girl or how we can find this vampire guy."

She sighed with exasperation. "How do we handle this Leo?"

Ethaniel Markus Dunland

"The blood of the chosen one will set you free - the wings of darkness shall spawn forth, and your weakness shall be no more - no silver, no stake and no sunlight shall ever harm thee. You shall become truely immortal."

Ethaniel returned the old blood-stained patchment to the safe.

Three centuries - All over the fucking world, searching for this so called chosen one. And all along she's been right under my nose in this damned city.

He growled in anger, fangs emerging from within his gums, jade-green eyes becoming a crimson glare. He held his hand in a fist and punched the steel safe frustratedly. A breath of air escaped his lips, and he turned away, the face of an infuriated vampire replaced by a cruel smile of a calculated man.

"I am annoyed. We shall go feed."

In the background, the safe door creaked, and crashed violently into the ground.

Leo

"I think it is best to look in the book of shadows if we don't find anything, then I will check with the Council."
I tell pheobe.

"Come, your sisters need your help." I say as I turn to walk up the stairs.

Standing in the attic with Piper, I still can't believe I heard correctly. "Do you think Phoebe really saw a vampire?", I ask. "I mean, I know we deal with demons and all but a VAMPIRE? Isn't it possible she's mistaken about what she saw?" I glance at Piper and see the famous Piper look with the raised eyebrow. I know what she's thinking...Phoebe's never been wrong before but a vampire??

Jenisis

She paced the room, waiting for the sun to go down. She was anxious to be out in the city, she wanted to find the perfect prey.

Jenisis wourled around at the sound of something crashing to the floor, just as Ethaniel came stalking from the back. His eyes glowed a violent red, and she smiled to herself. It was time.

Ethan

He came up from behind as she turned to the sound off the crashing safe door. He wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her close, tucking her hair behind her ear, leaning in to take in her scent. Two hundred years old and without a hint of imperfection, Jenesis scent was as appealing to Ethan in the moment as it did when he first sank his fangs into her jugular.

"Where shall we dine tonight my dear?" he whispered, tracing his tongue over the soft skin over her neck in anticipation.

A shiver ran down her spine as he ran his tongue over the skin above her jugular, before gently sucking on it. She closed her eyes, remembering the day Ethan had walked into her life with crystal clarity.

The masquerade ball her mother and father always threw on the night of All Hallow's Eve had been in full swing. The guests were dancing and laughing, and Jenisis had been standing in a circle with her friends talking and laughing. Her hair had been piled on top of her head, twined with violets and buttercups, her simple white dress accented with a deep purple mantle, the image of the greek goddess Persephone.

Jenisis remembered the moment she looked up and encountered a pair of startling green eyes. She had become intranced by his eyes, and when he tipped his head towards the doors leading into the garden, Jenisis had obediantly obeyed. Ethan had danced with her under the full moon, her eyes never straying from his. He had held her in his arms, pulling her closer than she had ever been to a man. His lips had brushed her neck, and her world had changed forever.

"Where shall we dine tonight, my dear?"

His words snapped her out of her trance. A smile curved her lips, "I feel the need to dance."

Phoebe

She slowly got up from the couch and followed after Leo. Hopefully the book of shadows would shed some light on this. The stairs creaked and she heard her sisters talking as Leo opened the attic door.

"Find anything?" She asked.

Ethan

"I feel the need to dance."

He ran his hands down the side of her arm and laced his fingers through hers. With one smooth motion, he twirled her away, with another, he pulled her back, cradling her in his arms.

"Then dancing it will be." he said, gently releasing Jen from his hold and setting her back on her feet.

"Go put on something pretty. I'll meet you in the car."

He winked, and left her standing.

Piper

I shook my head at Phoebe's question. We havent looked yet. Phebes are you sure that what you saw was a vampire? And exactly what was this demon of the night doing in your vision. You usually see visions if danger is involved. Did you see who the danger was directed at or get a sense of when it would happen?"

I hated throwing all of these questions at her but we needed to know exactly what we were getting into or else even the book wouldnt do us any good.

Jenisis looked at herself in the mirror, admiring the outfit she had chosen. The red halter and low riding, black leather pants left her stomach bare, and thanks to the wonderful world of tanning beds, her skin was golden instead of the pasty white she hated. Maybe she would get her navel pierced.

Jenisis smiled to herself. She was definately liking this millenium. Tattoos and piercings and sex and anything else her little heart desired. She grabbed the black velvet choker with the little ruby heart suspended from it and put it around her neck. It had belonged to her first victim, and Ethan had put it on her. She never went anywhere without it. She grabbed her leather jacket and was out the door. Her blood started to pound through her veins to the tempo of the music in her head.

Leo

"Did he seem to have any other powers besides the usual run of the mill Vampire powers?" I ask.

I move closer to Piper and grab a book to look through as well.

Phoebe

"All I could see was a man in black, coming after a young girl. He was floating. And all of it happened when I touched that picture." I searched my mind for anything I could remember, and nothing else came through.

Prue

I look at Phoebe then at Leo. It's still a little hard for me to believe Phoeb's saw a vampire but...

I look at Leo searching for a possible answer in his face. Not seeing any answers, I turn back to the Book of Shadows.

'Well, let's find our vampire.'

Ethan

Ethan tapped his finger on the steering wheel, in beat with the music bellowing out of his car's six speaker subwoofer sound system. He smiled. He felt the irony of the lyrics, the morbid messages buried in the decade's music. The bass trembled through his body with every beat, as though it somehow fed his rage, priming him for the festivities of the evening.

Fuck me. thought Ethan as Jen slipped out of the door and approached the car. His eyes followed her every move, mesmerized by the perfection before him. He glanced down at his completely black outfit - jeans, skin tight T-shirt and jacket - and frowned. Always upstaged by his beloved in appearance.

"Don't you look splendid." commented Ethan, in as blase and cool a tone as he could muster. He enjoyed the cold, calm image that he portrays. But deep down inside, Jen drove him wild with lust. And she knew it.

With that comment, Ethan's black Audi TT disappeared into the darkness, leaving nothing but the roar of the engine, and the vision of the car's illuminated rear license plate - VAMP.

Jenisis smiled at his tone. His cold, cruel tone he liked to use. She guessed it made him feel in control. She knew better though. On the inside he was a raging inferno.

She leaned over as he drove, her tongue running along his ear. "Don't be that way, lover." She kissed down his neck, scraping her teeth lightly along the way. She could see his hands tighten on the steering wheel, and his breathing changed. It became deeper, harsher. "You can't hide from me, Ethan." And she sat back across from him, staring out into the darkness, a smile on her lips.

Piper

Giving Leo a worried look, I turned to gesture to the Book. "You're the only one who has seen him, Phebes," I said to her,"It's up to you to find what you saw in your vision. I am concerned with the girl he is going after though. Why would you see her specifically-unless she is the one we are supposed to be protecting."
