I have been asked to post this message on several boards, and been given the necessary passwords to do so.

The person known to you variously as Charmbrights, DW or Snooper is no longer around to post here.

Emails to his addresses will not be answered.

Snooper was a good friend to me and i am at a loss now he is no longer around, I for one will miss him greatly.

No matter what yarn I was trying to spin together you guided me in a proper direction and your editing though some times harsh to the extreme, you where always open to suggestion that your idea was not the only way to go with a story.

Snooper where ever you are, I feel you are still with me as I write. I still make the same stupid mistakes but I think of you when I see the end of a page and wish you where still there to put things right.

New proof reader/editor wanted any offers

Love always Linnet

I am sorry to say that snooper is no longer, and may I thank you for you kind comment, I am with you I will miss him.

To any who feel this is for publicity I have very little to say but snooper did not need publicity and as a published author I don't know why he put up with the crap he took from some on this site and others.

The publicity that others courted in years past by puling a suicide stunt is not the same as the loss of a warm man such as snooper.

Written with affection to a nice man that only ever helped me.

May I apologise for any comment that was incorrect or insensitive in anyway. As David knows I often jump the gun and often did not engage brain before typing,

Reports of David's death are a little premature.

He is ill and is given a 50-50 chance of seeing Christmas, but he did not want to make a big thing of it; hence his carefully worded message which I posted.

He occasionally looks at the internet when he feels up to it, but some of the postings here persuaded him to ask me to post this.

Celia (David's wife)

I apologize for doubting the validity of what was happening. I sincerely hope he recovers.

Celia (David's wife)

I miss him keeping us honest.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and Celia both. You never know how many people are touched by the things you do. Snooper has touched many of us here, even if he doesn't know it.
Hang in there.

It is nice hearing he is not dead as Linnet said he was. Thoughts are with him.

I have apologised for the mistake I made.

I misinterpreted the original post and as I had not heard from David for sometime and feared the worst.

I am glad I was wrong but as a punishment for making the mistake, I will take myself off and flail myself with a hemp rope encrusted with resin and glass and beg for mercy and look for solace in the pain I inflict on myself.

Its ok , I enjoy the pain its beating I don't need lol

All is well, I have cleaned the blood up now, and my mistress enjoyed rubbing the salt into my wounds.

Update

Celia here again.

David seems to be on the mend. The phrase "cautious optimism" seems to be the theme at the moment. However, he is very tired most of the time and it may be some time before he is writing again.

I knew Chrambrights from another site before I began posting here. All my hopes for a quick and full recovery.
