Chapter titles got messed up upon newest upload

Hello! Chapter 4 of my series was just published to the site, but somehow, Chapter 3 (which had been there for a few months already) also became re-listed as a Chapter 4, so now I have two Chapter 4's. Could someone please fix this, or tell me who to contact? Thank you!

Are you the one who added the "part one" and "part two" though? That might explain why your chapter 3 changed.

I did request that Part 1 be added to Chapter 3's title in my notes when I uploaded Chapter 4 (which had Part 2 in its title), but I didn't expect the main chapter to change as wel, as it looks like I've just skipped Chapter 3.

I'm hoping this should be a simple change on someone's part.
