haha! I bet that is the case.... still there must be situations that make you think back fondly to your student days
I graduated 4 years ago from uni. All my friends there were 12 years younger and having the best time. While I do long for a bit of fun I do believe it was more related to my relationship at home than the age I am. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I remember being 18 and wondering who the annoying old guy was in the class who did the homework and knew the answers. Hated him and thought he was arrogant.

I remember being 50 and being the annoying old guy in the class who did the homework and knew the answers. I was motivated.

Fuck you, 18 year old me.

Tbh, I got on better with the younger ones. But I’ve always preferred the guys ‘group’, usually the nerds 😊. Fun, funny, get their work done, and aren’t arseholes 👌🏼.
I’m not saying that anyone else were arseholes but I prefer to avoid drama 🤞🏻

oh, this comment can be interpreted a few ways.... do you mean longing for a relationship you used to have? or longing not because you are older, but because relationships inevitably take away a bit of freedom you used to have? (with giving loads back of course :) )

yep... I was that little prick as well... showing up to classes no-one was showing up to.... damn, I was *such* a late bloomer ;p
Oh I didn't do that. I was a damn picky student - if the teacher isn't good at lecturing I may just as well read on my own! And usually those classes where there was no-one had poor lecturers. We had one on whose courses some left after the first 15min when the arrangements of the course had been explained. Only half the people came back after the break, and max 25% attended the next week. I was never in those 25%, he made me almost fall asleep (no exaggeration there).
