Good evening all! I just got back from a trip to a computer store which I thought meant I'd be able to use my new (used) monitor & have 2 displays again. Of course, the adaptor I got doesn't work... I didn't pay enough attention to needing a dual link blah, blah, blah... and of course the one I need is more than twice the cost!

But tomorrow's Friday! And I got to the RMV and had coffee with a friend. And I got a lot of resumes out today.... so over all a damn decent day.

Apparently I need a dual link DVI to USB-C adaptor for the 30" Apple Cinema Display that I got for free. Considering it's still a good monitor that I got for free, I shouldn't be upset about the $45 I'm probably going to have to spend for the adaptor.
