Well here's Renaud and in order.

CFNM stories run contrary to reality and to common fantasy. It makes them difficult to write especially when the requester won't give a scenario for why the male is submissive which is by itself a little odd.

The boy in the locker room is probably about as good a scenario as you're going to stumble over especially if you don't want to go with the Nurse. I suppose we could also throw in the guy being a model of some sort, a massage could work as well.

CFNM stands for Clothed Female Nude Male. It's apparently a fetish but I hear about it much more in theory than in practice. I've met more furries than CFNM fans. I think I've got a CFNM story or two floating around but it never occured to me to point it out.

I am by no means a CFNM fan, so this is just a guess, but I think the attraction has to do with humiliation. As in, some dude is obnoxious to a group of women (could be a college frat boy and the women he's dumped, or a cruel boss and the secretaries he's humiliated, or whatever), so they take him captive, strip him naked, and perform all sorts of humiliating acts on his helpless (but still capable of getting erections) body.
