Yep they are pretty self-sufficient, than goodness! And they can help out a lot.
I get that a lot when people I meet find out that I have a 20 year old son. I don't look 42. Most people think I look mid-30's at the oldest. I just smile and say thank you :)
I am not sure yet what I will be doing with a diploma in nutrition yet - therr are a lot of options. I am hoping to work with kids and young teens though. Too many kids have very unhealthy eating habits, which carry over into their adult years.

what ? you're not 42 .. seriously .. yeah i would've put you at early 30's . wow you definitely look fabulous .. well i'm not just saying that either .. you look great .

yeah that's true about eating habits . plus it's easier to break those molds when they are young . as they get older the convenience seems to be the way people choose their foods .

hope your monday is okay .. lol .. blah eh ?

I hope to help kids (and their families) develop 'healthy' molds when it comes to food choices. If a child goes to their parents and says "I want to eat healthy, and here is how we can do it", what parent is going to say "No!"?

My Monday was fabulous! My Tuesday has been something of a roller coaster...

Well, Georgia...here is hoping the remainder of your Tuesday is nothing but the most fun, weightless drop from the top of the rollercoaster....mouth open with excitement but barely a scream can escape....maybe a loop thrown in later in the day for an extra kick of good times.

I've never been a fan of rollercoasters...
As a kid I loved all those scary rides. I went on a roller coaster in '08 and I thought I was going to die. Seriously, not fun.
I guess I'm just not a thrill junkie :) Which is okay with me!

LOL.....ok, no worries. Maybe it would have been more appropriate to enjoy the slow climb up to the top of the coaster....above the world...with no gut wrenching, heart stopping drops coming up....only easy, relaxing, gradual decents....but for now just enjoy the view from being up above it all.
Alright, that is enough roller coaster metaphors.

well i like to pay back the favour for you posting your pics. and i did mean what i said in the pm .

that's for sure it's just the initial change that is so hard since most people are programmed to eating bad .. well . not bad .. just incorrectly .

i'm glad your monday was good .. sorry to hear that tues is not so well . i hear you hate thrill rides but i might have one that you might like :p

mine is going good thank you . just can't wait for the weekend already hahah . xox

THIS type of roller coaster I could do ;) I have no fear of heights, just the fast drop that leaves my stomach at roughly the same level as my eyeballs... :eek:

Thanks Georgia, I do have an Evil Twin tho :D ... It turned out very nice .. The carpet that is .... Professionals done it ... Carpet laying isn't one of my Strong Points ;) ... Happy Hump Day G .. I would have never guessed 42 :eek: .. Mid 30's perhaps !! .... :rose: :rose: :kiss:

Yes, if I had my choice, I would always hire professionals to do anything around the house.
