I just bought a used copy of this book from my librairy and am reading it now?

Anybody else here read it?

Only the first one. The beginning of the book was great, but I didn't like the end of it. Too "flummy".

Yeah - I really enjoyed it, I still remember what it says about relationships - that really meant something to me.

I read it too, but a long time ago. Never made it to the 10th something, I think? That would have been part two.

I remember it was a real hype with a workbook and workgroups and whatever. I just read it. It had some interesting thoughts.

:D

Yeah, I'm just up to that now. I want to see what else it says about that. Just wish I didn't have to wade through the 'story' Like BT said, it has some very interesting thoughts.

It's one of the books, where the narrator communicated with the lords of the universe, the all-knowing, and wise, and they tell him or her the surprising truths, "Treat your friends right, and your enemies can do you no harm" and "Don't pig out on fast food." Oh, and "Eat your vegetables."

Have you read it then?

I read some chunks of it maybe ten years back, trying to get to the core-- lots of dramatic narrative intro, iirc.
