Celebrity story question

I've been mulling over a lesbian encounter between an adult Sarah Hughes (2002 Olympic Gold Medalist in Ladie's Figure Skating) and Dorothy Hamill while on tour, and was wondering about the legality of a new approach I thought up:

What if I wrote my story from Sarah's point-of-view as she was writing it in her diary? Since diaries are by nature personal, could my imitating an entry and having it posted on-line cause any extra legal problems?

Anybody have any idea about that? I know Lit posts a disclaimer about Celeb stories being fictional, but would that cover them AND me?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

you wouldn't get in *any* trouble. I promise you.

But, many people have expressed their concerns about writing "futuristic" stories about celebrity minors. Anyone remember if the yay or nay was agreed upon?

I think there was no agreement about the age thing, but I remember the discussion about the Olsen Twins.

The best (IMO) would be, if you wait until the celebrity turns 18 in real life. Then you won't run into any trouble.
