Cecilia

I always wondered about that line.

It's up there with a lyric from Jefferson Starship's "Miracles"

I had a taste of the real world (just a drop of it)
When I went down on you, girl.

This song would make a great LW story; even better if someone wrote it laughing the whole time. Make it funny and those readers would blow a gasket🤣

I did that with What Goes Around. Came up with the idea and the ending, and wrote it as a 750 story, knowing the trolls would blow a gasket. And I wasn't wrong.

I just think of you wrote the woman smart, sexy, confident, no regrets with a sad sack husband like Stuart or Raj from BBT and made it a comedy? that would be gold, with the intention- like you did- to go after that crowd, poking fun at them and everything they hate and everything they love. I think it's the perfect song to base a story on, everything is there. I just couldn't pull it off the way I think it should be written.

From Simon and Garfunkel's song.

Making love in the afternoon
With Cecilia
Up in my bedroom
I got up to wash my face
When I come back to bed
Someone’s taken my place

"Jesus, mom! Really?

"Don't blame me, you left the door open."

When you hear your daughter screaming like you’ve never screamed, a girl gets curious about the cause…

Besides I thought you said you were late for a class?

I'm trying to think if there's a version of this that doesn't just turn into a stroker, where daughter has made it abundantly clear that the woman in her bed is just a FWB, and so the mom is sort of leaning on that technicality not just to get off but also kinda fed up with daughter's failure to launch. Never serious about anyone.

Daughter hits back because mom has been divorced for four years and isn't exactly relaunching, herself.

Alternatively:

Daughter has been trying to convince her mom the reason her boyfriends don't work out is because she's a lesbian, and despite being wonderful about daughter coming out - up to and including letting her take girls up to her room - she's got some sort of mental block about herself (eg, I'm a mom how can I be gay?).

Cecilia is bait and the protestations are more an act than serious.
