those pics were taken of the leafgreen version Xelebes, and since they're from a colour version of the game, (debuted in silver/gold) I'm wondering how you recognize them.

Ha, I'm a step ahead. I got my girls hooked on the rerelease of FF1 and 2.

The first few pokemons are probably the best rpgs out there but when pokemon repeats over and over, it loses it's edge like knife made of butter. Final Fantasy is stale, I hate it. Especially as you progress through the series and get into VII and beyond and it is just cutscene after cutscene after cutscene. Can't stand it but I guess other's really dig it. Mind you, I can't stand watching movies and I hate cinematic cutscenes in any games including the action games.)
