I got this fantasy within my head for the past few years, its basically about a catfight/sexfight between my sister and her rival. It's partially a real life incident but unfortunately they didn't fight, but since then all I did was imagining what if they fought. I'm not going to write it, but it is fun to plot out a bit of an outline:

1. Brother is in the room when the fight breaks out. He is narrating the story in first person, including his inner dialog about how turned on he's getting.
2. The two girls fight hammer and tongs, but eventually (of course) they kiss, then embrace, then finger each other and eventually start eating each other's pussies, or maybe the end up in a furious, angry tribbing session.

I might do it a bit differently, I would have the sister/nemesis ruminate about this issue for a year or more. Really get them worked up to a frenzy, then at a school team-building event, the daggers come out. It's a fight in the making and alcohol consumption doesn't help.

I would have the fight be what drags them together. Maybe one winning and the other feels guilty, or maybe its a draw, but like sex where after so much raw emotion is relieved, there is an afterglow. In that post-fight, the two begin to talk, their emotions released and it leads to confession as they try an undo the fight damage in the mirror of the bathroom. One notices a scratch on the nape of her neck perhaps, and dabs the blood away. Or maybe one says, "I'm sorry I bruised you here", and gives the bruise a light kiss. That could be done as a silly kind of thing:

"I really did not mean to hit you that hard right here", as she reaches forward and gives the area a light touch of her lips. "My mom used to do that to all my bruises, and while I don't think it helped"....

or might be more romantic from the start.

"Here, let me give that bruise a kiss...."

In the end what might be revealed is...

IF... you want it to be an incestuous kind of story, you could do something like...

"I can't believe we fought so hard, but I guess it has been long overdue. I was just... just so jealous of your brother".
"Jealous?"
"Yeah, jealous, He is handsome".
"Well, I wouldn't know. I never looked at him like that. He is my brother", the sister said in scoffing, turning from her nemesis now seemingly friend.
"You could still notice".

"You two didn't?"
"Not now, he is married and has kids".
"But, in the past... you too... did", she asked gingerly?
"It was the best sex I ever had".
"Oh my God".
"Like I said, your brother, he is handsome".
"You can't be suggesting what I think you are?"
"The best sex I ever had", she reiterated, and in doing so, the seed of impropriety was firmly planted.

But of course, the story could go into girl-girl sex as well.

I would have the brother watching them fight, but I think a key factor is that the brother doesn’t jump in to help his sister when she is losing the fight badly. He wants the rival to win.

I love a good catfight story. I agree that you should be the narrator as the brother, unable to decide who’s side to take.

I like both @Carnevil9 's and @CuttingEdge 's ideas.
But, the former's have angry tribbing session, so I'm sold (I remember this one company doing sexfight tribbing vids, but can't remember its name).
