I'm working on a story that doesn't contain sex, but has making out/groping. It involves two women and one man. It's part of a story that has been entirely lesbian up until now. What category would I put this in?

Thanks in advance

First, making out/groping are sex acts.

Second. This would normally go in a bisexual category but there isn't one here. There's a Group Sex category, though, and as long as it's FFM, it should be OK there.

If you start a story in one category, then it's usually best to keep the remaining chapters in the same category. Maybe you can float a penis into the Lesbian category, but I hear that doesn't work very well.

If you have to change categories, then maybe Group. I hear that it's fairly friendly. Otherwise, good luck.

Agree to all the above, but would point out that ‘Novels and Novellas’ has sometimes been used as a catch-all category.

Thank you. I wasn't sure if erotic content included things that don't involve genitals.

It's a bit hard to offer a suggestion because, to me, groping implies touching of genitals. However, if your use of groping doesn't include or involve genitals there is probably room to publish it in the same category. If it really is insignificant "touching" and doesn't involve genitals I would leave it in Lesbian. I've done a couple of lesbian themed stories that have male characters, but no actual m/f intimacy. One has to remember that not all who read Lesbian themed stories are lesbian. There are bisexual women and men who also read that category.

If you think it is "more lesbian" than not, you can also consider a short heads up in the Introduction of this part explaining it a bit.
