category confusion....or maybe its just me

Sometimes I think choosing the category is harder than writing the story. I already categorized my "Janice - Tasty Best Friend" story wrongly and will be moving that (to the lesbian section).

The new story that I would like to submit deals with the same character - Orchid. It may be best to keep it in the same section, although there really isn't a "lesbian" scene per say. I am so confused...maybe I have spent too much time at the comp today.

Would anyone be willing to read my new one and let me know what they think category wise? Or do you think any stories with a recurring character stay in the same category? - though they do not interplay.

I read Janice - Tasty Best Friend and yes, it fits into lesbian section better.

I don't think you need to keep every part of a multi-chapter story in the same category. You can just tie them up as Janice - Tasty Best Friend Ch. 1 (in the lesbian category) then Janice - Tasty Best Friend Ch. 2 (in BDSM or wherever).

If the name of the story is not the same, then you could try having the one-line explanation to it something like - "Orchid samples her best freind", "Orchid tesches her best friend to obey her" or something like that, always mentioning Orchid and maybe giving an author's note in the beginning of the story that its related to another story.

Ok, I just read your post a second time and I think you're saying that your story has a recurring character So, this means that its not a multi-chapter story. I really don't think you need to club all the stories with a recurring character into one category. It would depend on the story and not on the presence of the character.

I'd be happy to read your story and let you know which category I think it should go into. You can mail it to me.
