SEXY WOMEN LAWYERS NEEDED!
APPLY WITHIN

Hey everyone!

The following is the intro post/setting thingy from The Desk!

Its an SRP I started a few days ago -

However in interests of getting more players in and keeping the thread OOC free, I thought I would start this.

OOC:
This is my first attempt at an SRP so please bear with me.

The following thread will be open to any and all-comers, and everyone is more than welcome to join! ^_^ Just write yourself in in an appropriate manner and have at it...

As far as the story goes, I'll be playing a young PI intern, who I will post a brief character sketch for before I actually start the thread. Oh, and the 'new' employee's position is already filled ... but please don't let that stop ya!

^_^

Lillith Skiles
Age: 23

General Character Info:
Lili has an investigative degree from the local college, however she was taken on as an intern at the firm of Johnson, Weaver and Pitt to learn the ropes from their investigative team and hopefully join it.

Physically, Lili is a small thing with some obvious asian blood. Standing about 5'3, she measures 36D-28-34 and has a sweeping curtain of ebony hair that, when down, brushes against her rounded hips.

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

The firm's building practically vibrated with the tension and gossip. For the past week or so the entire staff had seemed caught up in the whirlwind of excitement surrounding the mysterious circumstances.

Johnson, Weaver, and Pitt were more than just a distinguished lawyer firm. They were one the nation's premier persecutors in international insurance fraud - an industry that most people rarely thought of, and yet a booming one indeed.

Everyone knew that the small firm flourished primarily because of its team of crack investigators - top PIs who travelled the globe and worked industriously on behalf of their employers, digging up information and pictures, confessions and interviews most would have simply overlooked.

Below the senior partners, Johnson Weaver and Pitt, there was also a handful of senior staff members who supported the senior lawyers. There were junior staff and junior lawyers, including several of the partners' sons, and then there was the investigative team.

Aside from the hiring of Lili as a 'progressive' intern to work with them two years ago, the staff in the investigative squad had altered very little - new secretaries or receptionists about being the extent of it.

That's why the firm was in such an uproar - the partners had finally decided to take on another PI. The event was unprecedented, but it was also true the firm was being swamped with a lot more work then they had handled five years ago.

Lili sat in the corner office, perched on the edge of the massive, walnut desk that she had until a few weeks ago envisioned as being hers.

She had simply been straightening things up - making sure the file cabinets were empty and the desk stocked with supplies, everything clean and well-aired out - when reverie had caught her. Her hands idly ran over the dark, rich wood and the dark green leather blotter on it almost caressingly as she gazed out the picture window to the metropolis skyline.

Giving a wistful sigh, she slowly stood up, straightening on her almost absurdly tall platforms and tugging down her short pin-striped suit before tugging at the matching jacket and the tight button-up blouse she wore beneath it. She barely restrained herself from stamping a foot in irritation and frustration at what she viewed as the destruction of her hopes and ambitions as she whirled to stomp out of the office -

And noticed a man standing in the doorway. He was watching her with darkly glittering eyes and she abruptly took a deep breath and straightened, erasing the frown from her face and instead blushing slightly under that intense gaze. She noticed the box he held under one hand and stepped hesitantly forward.

"Uh, hello, welcome to Johnson, Weaver, and Pitt. I'm Lillith Skiles, the intern for this department - but most just call me Lili. Can I take that for you?" she rushed through the words in a quick breath, extending a hand to shake his or to take his box or maybe both, her wide eyes flitting up nervously to his face...

Okies... That was my first post and kind of the scene setter. I did want to take this opportunity to invite everyone to at least have a read if not join in the thread - it would really be appreciated and I think there's a good time for all waiting to happen!

^_^

I did want to make clear that this thread is going to involve a lot of sexual role playing - but it is also going to be about a lot of character development and interaction in the setting of this massively respected law firm! I would absolutely LOVE for everyone to come and take a gander at it, if not at least join up.

please?

Pretty, pretty please?

With cherries n whip cream on top?

ROFLMAO!

^_^

Thanks to everyone who took the time to read this or respond - I appreciate it greatly!

Durin O'Shera

Sex: Male
Desc: 6'0, thick chested, in good shape, but not with buldging muscles. a brownish red hair and goatee, with brown eyes.

feel free to make suggestions or whatever, i don't want to be walking around having no involvement with other chars!

Yay Khadgar! ^_^

Thats alright - in case you haven't noticed, another lady jumped in.

^_^

Oh yeehaw!

Ok, before we pop you in there Khadgar, please just clarify a few things for me, ok? And then feel free to write in however you want!

^.^

First off, does Mr O'Shea work for JW&P? If so, is he a jr, senior, or partner lawyer; or is he one of their 'crack' investigators? Or is he in another department altogether!

LOL

I know that for most of us (myself included) writing in a setting such as a lawyer's firm, let alone one that handles insurance fraud is completely alien - however, for myself at least, thats only a motivating factor to maybe understand and handle my character a little more in-depth than normal.

Its ok to do that - I promise.

LOL

Thanks again for joining Khadgar - and I'm looking forward to writing with each and every one of you!

^_^

~Mai

uh.... crack investicators lol and we can put that close to everyone else right? lol

as for what i am.... don't want to be too old, so lets just go with Jr, just brought in to the company. sound good? and can i start posting now? or more questions?

Yay Khadgar! ^_^

Being an investigator is fine!

But if you read the first post, all the investigators have been there for some time.

So, if hes a jr staff member, he'd have been there at least five years, which would only make him 27 (at youngest) and 32 at oldest ... does that work ok for you?

And international investigators are big plusses in firms that deal with international fraud. LOL Thats great!

^_^
Just feel free to post what/when you want Khadgar, thats fine. Thanks.

Whoops!

I'm sorry!

I don't mean to sound so critical or make anyone think I am a totally controlling psycho here or anything - if I give you that impression I'm sorry.

:(

I just want everyone's characters and facts to be consistent - since this thread is going to be based on a lot more in-depth character interaction and serious plot-lines with not so much mindless fucking.

Dammit, I'm a civilized eroticist! LOL I'd like to keep it that way!

^_~

Once again, my apologies for stepping on anyone's toes.

oh, by the way, i really like the AV. mmm lol

hmm... i have those messengers lol

How do we get Ireland into the plot?

K,
A jr investigator will be great. Too many prima donnas spoil the brew. See if you can figure out how Ireland fits.

M,
This is going to be good. we need more women. Especially an older woman for the senior partner Francess Weaver.

Hey older gals, we have a great part for a character writer!

In Graham Jr.'s interest,
sufi

i investigate claims dealing with the IRA, and it's dealings in our current country? lol

**BUMP**

Hey! Here it is!

LOL

Oh and BTW if anyone's wondering, new players are STILL most definately welcome!

^_^

::: sheepish grin :::

Sowwy, Dream! LOL

Didn’t see this one…I know how I hate main threads that get cluttered up with a lot of OOCs.

Psssst...Mac... ::: licks lips :::: ...c'mere

^_^

ROFLMAO!

Thats ok - trust me I had forgotten about it too until I saw the solitary OOCs...

^_~

Woo hoo!

You go Mistress - get'em good!

*runs off giggling*

oh lol i was wondering what you ment by that comment about the OOC

RE: OOCs in the thread

I mean that I HATE seeing posts in the thread that are ONLY OOCs. Thats why I made this thread.

When you make an only OOC post, you break the continuity of the thread and it makes it harder for people who are reading the ICs only, especially if it means you have to move forward in the thread.

Not saying we can't/shouldn't do it, I'm telling you why I don't like it. I'm a tad retentive as a GM though, in case no one has noticed.

LOL

Positions still open in the thread, please read from the beginning of the thread...

Ok, I have been chastised, my fault for goin OOC in the IC thread... Mai has scolded me accordingly! LOL!

MJ, hope I didn't give you the impression that I didn't want ya there! Of course I do, lookin forward to Jason & Char's "reunion"... :) I'm Mai's official stalker, that's all, so I was tryin to follow her around... ROFLMAO!

BTW, hope you speak spanish, I don't!

Joining

Heyya Lov hunny!

Feel free to jump in.

My first advice is to go to the beginning of this thread and read the first few posts - and then click the link to go read the main thread, The Desk.

Then you will hopefully be fully inspired to answer all your own questions!

Nice to have you onboard, please post a character sketch here before posting in the main thread...
