I will not debate her guilt or innocence at an erotica site. Yes, I am opinionated on this one. I understand that "she was not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" but that does not mean she was "found innocent".

There were some pretty stupid things she lied to the police about. If I had a child that young who went missing, I'd be calling the police to file a report the second I realized he/she was missing!

Anyway, enough of that.

This story idea is about as sexy as the girl who asked for a Columbine sex story many years ago. :rolleyes:

I'm not saying she is innocent. All I'm saying is that twelve people listened to every scrap of evidence and every argument on both sides of the case. Plus, they listened to the Judge's explanation of the precise points of law. And they deliberated the case with the transcript of the testimony in front of them. And they found that the evidence was insufficient to find her guilty.

I pray the "real" killer is brought to justice, whomever he or she may be. And may they burn in hell.

On a totally different note, and getting back to this "story idea", Casey isn't a pretty woman really. But, whatever floats another's boat.
 
Why would someone want a story about a mother that, when her child was missing, went out to bars and did NOT call the police?

Not to stir this shit up more but first off the prosecutor was going for glory and mishandled the case they could have gotten her for other things. Bottom line I am convinced the child died in the pool and the entire dysfunctional family tried to cover it up and she took the fall or was going to.

I will mention something else. Anthony did 3 years. A drop in the bucket to what she would have gotten if found guilty (killed) but something. There are pieces of shit walking around out there guilty as hell who have never done so much as a day. Hell the Big Dan's case was almost lost until the attorney found that witness those guys were within an eyelash of walking.

Oj was guilty as hell! he is in jail now over stupidity but walked after killing two people. and want to talk karma? Think its a coincidence Johnny Cochran died fairly young?

So she did some time went through the process and was found innocent. The woman's life will be hell because everyone like yourself wants to lynch her. And the asshole "experts" continue to rail about how she did it. No one was in that room no one heard everything the jurors heard. I think the a-hole father did it (but accidently)

Get off the woman's fucking back for Christ's sake.

The father did not freakin' do it and as someone who has followed the case from the very beginning, I think I know a tad more than you do about the case. I also have family members exactly like CA. She did it.

Casey is her own punishment. She will never know love like other people know it...small comfort I know, but she like OJ will be in jail over something else. It is her nature...

Okay and you are the only person who has dysfunctional family members right? Please I have 6 in the joint right now. From everything from drugs to assault and everything in between I also have a cousin that had her daughter taken away from her because they thought she would hurt her because of post partum and some other shit (drugs of course)

The entire problem with the CA case is that we are all predisposed to think someone like that is guilty, we want them to be. A child is dead some one needs to pay the price, and I agree. But she was found innocent they could not tie it together.

And what because you watch the damn news you know more than other people? Oh I followed from the beginning! Worst thing to do! You were so jaded you couldn't see it unbiasedly. Yeah I was aware it was old but could not let it go.

you are also correct in that some things should not be 'story ideas'' even in porn/erotica there should be some taste.

I think the op was fishing for what is the usual fare here rape stories almost every idea inevitably turns to non consent and of course I am sure CA would have brought about a bunch of those. I guees the OP will have to think of their own ideas.

So I am assuming okay so you must have been there at the trial right? Because if you were not then you were following a media outlet.

Tv, internet, newspaper are all the news. So if you were not following the news then you must indeed be a family member, or a juror or someone on the inside. I doubt you are any of those.

And you are ASSuming she was guilty like everyone else. That's okay though because it is the popular ASSumption.

while I think she is guilty, I think the state blew the case. the DA was a prick and went for the home run, when he should have taken a single.

now, back to porn. maybe Casey will become the next Amy Fisher? or maybe the two of them will doa porn movie together? just a thought
