Where does this happen? When does this happen? How do they find the judge, and how do they get into that sexual situation? What is the payback?

Where would be at the judges winter Mountain cabin where theyre having a working vacation.
When would be over a weeks vacation
How they find the judge is the cartel has a mole in the judges office that gives them the info.
They get into the sexual situation by threats of violence, drugs, and alcohol
Payback is various forced sexual acts, including rape, incest, gay, lesbian, and whatever other nasty things the cartel could come up with
