Has anyone ever had it?
There's *something* wrong with my left wrist, and I can't figure out what. I already have tendinitis in it, but it doesn't hurt in the same way, so I know that's not what it is. If I draw a straight line down from my middle finger on both the top of my hand and the underside, everything between both points on the outside (beneath the middle, ring, and pinkie finger areas) hurts. On the inside (beneath the index finger and thumb), it doesn't hurt.
I can't make a fist because it hurts too damn much to close my hand. The only fingers it doesn't hurt to move are my pinkie and ring fingers. All my fingers feel swollen, and I'm acutely aware of every move I make with them. The outside of my wrist feels swollen, too, but nothing actually looks swollen or feels hot to the touch. It's felt this way for over a week now, though the intensity varies.
So, great 'Net doctors
, what's wrong with me? I've done some Googling, but I can't find anything that *really* matches. Is it carpal tunnel or something else? Go ahead and insert the lame masturbation jokes here. Truth is, though, it's probably because of all the extra time I've been spending online working. *Sigh* There are drawbacks to everything.
