"Yes, look," he said handing her the paper, "And I like it when you go for cute."

Alexis read and blushed a little bit. "She got a good deal, soon she'll be back in Austria. Might take her a while to come out again, but it's okay."

"Maybe we can go visit her on friendlier terms," he said. "She was fun, for a criminal mastermind."

Alexis smiled. "In a bit. They'll want to grill her for a while." She snuggled up to him.

"I know," he said, kissing her. "What can we do today that won't put too much strain on you?"

Alexis kissed him back and smiled. "What sounds fun to you?"

"We could go see a movie. What's playing?"

 

[celestialdragon]

"Hmmmm. . . " Alexis flipped open to the movie theater guide in the paper. "There you go."

"You;re injured, you pick," he said.

 

[celestialdragon]

"I am NOT injured. I am. . . merely in a state of pain," Alexis said. "And I chose the movie last time!"

"Well, OK," said Nikolai. "How about this one?" he pointed to a war movie.

"Sure," Alexis said, smiling.

Once they had dressed and eaten, Nikolai drove to the theater and got snacks.The theater their movie in was empty aside from them when the movie started.

Alexis smiled and snacked on the popcorn, stealing a drink from his soda.

"You know that's why I got two straws," he whispered, laughing.

 

[celestialdragon]

"Really? You sure? You usually don't mind swapping saliva," she teased.

"It's a date and I thought it would be cute," he said.

 

[celestialdragon]

Alexis smiled and kissed him. "I love you," she whispered.

"I love you,too," he said as the lights went up.

Alexis smiled and snuggled closer.

Nikolai walked out of the theater with her and helped her into the car. "Where to now?" he asked. "The day is still young."

"Hmm, I don't know," Alexis said, kissing his cheek. "Why not just drive around?"

 

[bindingeagle]

"Ok, let me know if you see anything fun," he said, starting to drive around.

Alexis smiled and watched the scenery pass by.

Nikolai drove into town further and let her look around.
