Captive Audience.

One of the Presidential contenders runs an ad on my email account. While the ad runs, my browser is inoperable and I'm compelled to wait for the ad to finish the cycle.

This candidate pulls the same stunt on other sites. I was surfing on-line dictionaries, noticed my browser stopped working, and there HE was!

Maybe his ad people think this is cute.

But it pisses me off. I'm busy, and the ad stops me in my tracks.

Regardless of the candidate, that's seriously annoying. At least on TV I can hit the mute button or change the channel, or flip the page in the paper.
