Rumour has it Captain Kangaroo is in secret meetings with his crack military. Agents Mr. Green Jeans, Mr. Moose, and Bunny Rabbit have apparently been instructed to take his message, packed full of knock-knock jokes and ping pong balls, to world leaders in an effort to stop the lunacy.
