Can't log in with new computer

Hi, I bought a new laptop Windows 10 and it won't let me log in to the forum. I can log in with my old computer and old kindle (which is how I'm posting this) but not with the laptop which I bought to replace the others.

The laptop will login to the Lit site, just not the bulletin board/forum.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I also tried your "contact us" help and it was sent back as undeliverable.

Now I can't login with my old computer either. I'm down to the kindle.

Please respond before I can't post anything.
