Can't get into chat

It keeps giving me that Authentication Failed and when I put in my name and password again, I get a message that the method is not allowed.

Unable to login to chat

I am getting the same problem.
Oddly I was in chat and people started commenting on the upgrade and new look so I logged out then back in, only fails when I try Chat. Get authentication failure and when I re-enter login details all i get is a blank page apart from "Method not allowed" in top left corner.

okay if you log in on the main page of lit. before you log into to chat and then log in to chat it might work. it did for me.

I logged in after about a week and I see there's a new Chat look. Problem is that I cant get access to the chatroom. It takes me to authentication where it fails. Anyone else facing this issue?

Nobody can enter the chat room. The chat room is a cruel joke inflicted on us.

Sorry about the issues. What browsers are you having trouble with? We have tested in all of the major browsers, and I just tested again in Chrome and Firefox and Edge and it seems to work from here.

IE can be an issue, which is why Microsoft replaced it.
