The title sums it up - everyone in the house is silently shocked, the brother seems oblivious to the fact. At the beginning the sister while weirded out is cordial to the girlfriend (who didn't know either) and jokes about the fact. I started reading it and now I can't find it anymore... I think it was in the Incest/Taboo section but I'm not a 100% sure
