Cant find the story!

Years ago I read a story in on here about a guy testing out some mind reading gear with a classmate, and he finds out he can upload files to her brain while she sleeps. Does anyone recognize this? Know the title?

Is the guy Asian and or grad student? I recall reading a story like that but I don't recall any details (not at all sure about Asian or grad student). But a story like that was one of the inspirations for my story, which is somewhat similar. I'd like to read this one if you find it.

If you wanted to take a look, there are not a lot of stories in Mind Control with upload files sleep or upload files asleep, like Interfacing.
