Can't find old story

Hi. I'm looking for an old story (or set of stories), which I think would have been in the bdsm section. It followed a girl learning about being a sub for her best friend's older brother. I can't remember many details, other than he lived in the flat next door and had a dungeon in his basement. I think there was a storm and the girls flat had a broken roof, so they moved in with the brother... There was also an into to a munch.
Not much to go on, but I've searched extensively to find it, as remember it was really awesome. If anyone recognises it, please let me know.
