Hi all.
I was just wondering how many women out there actuallyfeel it when their partner cums? I don't feel anything, and I think my guy is kinda dissaointed and perhaps even hurt by this. Any thoughts? Any way to try and feel it?

Lie on your stomach, legs together, have him straddle you and enter you from behind. The greater the angle of penetration from this position, the more likely you are to feel it when he cums.

If you still can't feel it from this position, then I would recommend a few oils or creams to help increase sensitivity.

It's perfectly normal that you can't feel it. The upper 2/3 of the vagina have very few nerves. It's dead to the point you can perform surgery on it without any numbing at all. It's also the case that in labratory studies, women don't report that they're wet until it drains down to the vaginal os and the vulva.

It's the same thing with the rectum. Once you get past the inch or so of the anus, there's pretty much no feeling other than the prostate/g-spot.

I can tell you've never had surgery done in that area.
Twelve years ago I was told I had the beginnings of cancer on my cervix. They went up there and FROZE half my cervix off. That pain was frankly about as close as I'll ever get to childbirth. I almost fainted on the table. I was lightheaded, breaking out in sweat and the world had an odd fuzzy look to it and I was SCREAMING! I can't even find words to describe how awful and piercing that pain felt! And it seemed to radiate though my entire vagina and it stayed that way with every movement for a few days afterwards.

I would have given anything to have been knocked out for that procedure!

To answer the OP's question:
Before I had this procedure I could indeed feel a guy cum in me. Now I can't. I can sense that he's cumming, I can feel his cock as it pulses but past that I can't feel him cumming anymore. :(

Grim's: Did you have a LEEP procedure?? I had a similar surgery and was under anesthesia for the entire procedure, completely out. I'm horrified that you were awake.

I was told that they do not anesthetize for the procedure. And I do believe it was a LEEP that I had yes. Believe me I really wished I had been out for it. Believe me I'm horrified I was awake for it too.

You can't feel it because his pressure is low. Tell him to eat mangos and it will up the pressure when he ejaculates. ;)

What kind of quack did you go to? Was this guys office in a van? Dr de Sade probably save fifty cents on anesthetic.

Bullshit. They usually give you a healthy dose of a narcotic painkiller at least. I had it done years ago, and they gave me a shot of Demerol, though the doc was rushed and something went awry with that, so I didn't get sufficient analgesia, and it was very painful.

Anyway, the cervix is sensitive, but the top 2/3 of the vagina is not.

I feel my husband coming sometimes, but that's a result of the base of his cock twitching and other body movements and cues. If we're having more vigorous sex or otherwise really involved, I often don't feel it until the semen works it's way down.

I have to agree with most women here. I can feel the wetness after my guy has cum....and other body ques let me know when he is going to....I can feel him twitch when he cums, which is always so hot to me. But the actual "shooting" of seman.....I cannot feel. Don't feel bad OP. Have him read this thread and he will understand that both of your sensations are very normal.

For what it's worth, my wife has felt my semen squirt out inside her once on the last six years we've been having sex. It was more of a fluke really. We were grinding away on her deep spot and a split second before I ejaculated, I pulled back about a half an inch and let loose.

First and last time it ever happened. Been trying ever since, but no luck.

I think out of the all the yrs I been with hubby I have felt him a few times. Not all the time. Its the bodies reaction right before he cums, and of coarse the wetness afterwards that lets me know.

To the OP: I feel my husband's body change, his cock pulses or throbs, and I'm very aware of it after, but I've never felt the cum shooting in. Based on what I've read here and elsewhere and discussions with other women, I think it's rare for a woman to feel this.
Yeah. What she said.

He needs to get over himself.

Well, I notice when I'm cumming--owning a dick will do that to ya--but it seems to me that if it's the outside third of your vagina that has most of the nerves, the best thing you can do is have him pull most of the way out when he shoots, so that the business end of his cock is in the right place. You are probably not going to feel actual seminal impacts, though, since that's supposed to go into the non-sensitive areas of your vagina. (You could change that by having him enter at an angle. Maybe.)

And I agree with Eilan. Tell him to get over it. You're letting him cum inside you and you're not making him wear a condom. That's a privelege in itself. o_O

Hey now, I've had sex with a ton of people, using condoms. Most people didn't really have any trouble.

I'm all for safe sex. That being said, it is nowhere nearly as enjoyable as unprotected sex. I think of it like this: It's like going to your favorite restaurant, ordering your favorite meal, and having to eat it with Glad Wrap surrounding your tongue. It looks good, smells good, and still fills you up. But it sure as hell isn't as satisfying.

I haven't really noticed much difference on the recieving end. The only part that's greatly different to me is performing oral sex.

In the stories on Lit. the woman always feels the ejaculation of semen hitting her vagina walls/cervix. In real life we don't. It's just one of those things that happens in fantasy and erotic stories but not in life.

I don't think a man should feel disappointed about this, it's just human anatomy. Tell him to get over it.

I WISH I had been given Demerol or something...
The pain was just blinding and like I said I can't find words to describe it other than at one point it was so bad I just wanted to crawl off the table and curl up in a ball and die.

Actually my Doctor is a woman, and in a very nice office. I do however swear by all that is holy that she's a sadist. However I had to discover that the hard way apparently. If I could find a doctor locally that I could trust I would be more than happy to move on to another one. Sadly the other doctors that specialize in some of my problems are all male and after being raped at 15 by a male doctor on his table, I refuse to have a male doctor examining me unless I have several female nurses around and even then it's difficult for me.

Just because someone sat through medical school, it doesn't automatically mean they are not a sadist, nor does it make them competent. Almost anyone can sit through medical school these days and get a license to practice medicine, regardless of whether they learned anything or not. As far as having a nurse present when a procedure is done, every competent doctor I know of has a nurse present when treating a patient for their own legal protection. Can you imagine sitting through a dental appointment without Novocain? Why would you let someone perform a procedure on something as sensitive as your cervix without at least a local?

Honey, you need to have a serious discussion with your doc, cause she's feeding you a line of horseshit. I had a similar procedure done *22* years ago (although mine was laser, not cryo) and you can bet your ass I had anesthesia. Granted, it was local so I was awake and aware of what they were doing, but it was nothing like you describe. The worst pain I felt was uterine cramping, like a really bad period.
