I have a different screen name that I use for non-editorial purposes. I have been locked out of it for over three weeks. Numerous times I have followed the procedure for a forgotten password.

Each time I am told the a password reminder was sent. I never see. I have tried all of my other email address and I do not see it there.

What should I do?

I've been reading my ex-girlfriend's PMs on Lit, and about three weeks ago, she changed the password. I keep trying to find ways to get the new one, but it looks like she changed the email account it's associated with too. Can anyone help my continue to sign on to my ex-girlfriend's account?
