Cannot Access Control Panel

Hello, I wanted to seek guidance, since I've had this issue for several weeks and it hasn't resolved itself.

Whenever I try to access my Control Panel, the system isn't able to log me in. The first step labeled Application Code keeps cycling through, with a check mark and circle icon, and it never progresses to the next step, Constants. Because of this, I'm not able to access my lists.

I am able to access my own profile, and get to my favorite stories and authors the old way through that sort of back end still. But is there a workaround for my Control Panel to work? Has anyone else had this trouble?

I'm having the same issue, it just sits and spins the icons.

Even the forum is slow.

I have little problems with a few other sites loading properly or completely, and it seemed to be after a recent Chrome patch up, so I assumed it was a browser issue and it would eventually sort itself out.

I've actually tried on Chrome, Firefox and even Edge, and have the exact same issue on each one.

I've had better luck going through the Beta link, and can get to the control panel that way. I'm hoping to post a new story, so I really needed to check in the link somehow.

Somethings are just not working. For example, the quick reply section in the forum is there, I just can't activate it to type anything in, but the post quick reply button works, but just says I need to make a quick reply, but won't let me touch the typing area at all.

All on PC, haven't tried a mobile device.

I tried to log on while on my phone and can't. Correct user name and password, and it rejects it. So strange. The Beta link doesn't work for me, unfortunately.

I'm wondering if the various pop up and ad blockers that I use are the problem. Or maybe my VPN. Either way, I can't favorite stories any longer, I can't access my lists, and I can't take authors or stories out of my favorites. Its frustrating.

I have read of others with the same or similar problems, one litster thinking it might be because he was using Windows11, However, I am using Windows 10 and always have done, it is my belief that this is a glitch in the new updated version of the website. It would be most helpful if we had a Lit Tech look into it and either fix it or say how we can get around it.

I mentioned Windows 10 vs 11 because that was an identifiable thing I could test. Long story short, a fresh install of Windows 10 seemed to have gotten rid of the problem. It showed up a little later, and, not having messed with many settings before that, I stumbled across how manually setting my PC's time from AM to PM somehow triggered the issue for me.

I couldn’t access my account either even though username and password were correct. On a whim I tried an old password and it worked!

I use Windows 10, so I don't think that should be a problem. I have a four year old PC that I've always been able to access the site properly on before. I agree that I would love if someone from the site could look into it.

On a whim, after exhausting all other things that I could think of, I tried creating a new profile to see if that would let me have access to everything, and it was exactly the same. So its not my profile that's the problem. As I said earlier, I do wonder if its something to do with my internet security program and/or popup and ad blockers, but I'm not going to turn those off.

I have that same problem. I cant log in on my phone. I can look at everything but when I click on my control panel it won't let me in
