I don't know a ton about everyone, but I can tell you the figures on Luthor and Wayne are much, much too low. Though they got it right in placing Brucie above Lex.

I would actually place Wayne and Luthor at 2 and 3 respectively. In the DCU, they're usually the hovering in the top 2. And Bruce is only richer than Lex because his money is a good 10 generations old whilst Luthor is a self-made man, making all his money from a small settlement after staging his parent's 'accidental' death in an auto accident. In current continuity, anyway. Pre-crisis, he wasn't the richest man in the world, he was the crazy scientist.

They've both got assets far exceeding Bill Gates. Make him look like a pauper, almost.
