Can Y'all Give A Listen ....

I like the song. Between the two versions, even though I prefer my music on the heavy side, the acoustic one works for me better (though the video for the metal version is pretty cool). She has a nice voice; though not terribly distinctive from other singers, I'd like to hear more by her to better gauge her vocal range.

The acoustic version is a stripped down remake of the heavy one. There's a whole album recorded live inside a mausolem to capture the unique sounds there.

The rest of her works are at the Bandcamp link. Most of them feature a heavy, haunting, almost ominous sound over her angelic, nearly operatic voice. The Danish instruments add something few of us in the west are familiar with.

Some of her stuff is classified as 'black metal' and unfortunately she falls into that trap of the horrible screaming. Thankfully, there isn't much of it and I can tolerate it.

The first three albums are darker than the last few, but the newer ones still retain some of the sound.
