Send Laurel a pm with the names of the poems you want removed. That has always worked for me. I just send her the list, make sure I have every title I want deleted on the list.

Or you can do it through the submissions page on your profile. Just submit a poem of the same title (delete). Write Delete in the body of the submission form and in the notes field explain why you'd like the submission removed, barring that you can make your list and pm Laurel. Don't forget to tell her why you're removing your work, she likes to know it's not personal (unless it is) and get some understanding of your reasons.

Don't forget to keep a back up disk of your poems, once they're gone they're really gone.

Thank you beautiful one for clarifying that. I've always found Laurel to be nothing but gracious when I've explained that I have other publishing opportunities for my poems. She really is a very sweet, supportive person.

I noticed Foehn has been in lately. Man, I wish he'd come back. He and YDD both could critique so well. Not that others here can't. But they had a special way of doing it that struck a chord w/ me.

I'm assuming you've remembered to highlight the text you want to affect before you select the option such as color, bold, etc.

And you've said that you're not having luck with the smilies offered to the right of the text box.

Experiment. Go to the User CP and try a different forum skin and see if that gives you a different result. Since Lit upgraded the vBulletin I'm no longer able to use the insert functions (insert link, image); have to do it manually.

Or go dig up & harass Weird Harold.

Other than the one little hang-up I have with inserting links automatically, everything else seems to work fine ~ and my HTML shows as being off; I suspect it's not something we have direct control over.

I'm fine. I seem to have been dealt a hand of "very busy" for this phase of my life. That has two results: I don't have time to loiter here as much, I don't have the energy/intelligence/humor to post as much as a used to. I have become quite worthless...
