Can not connect to chat

I can not get into chat, can do everything else??
Turned off and on my phone, log in and out multiple times…
What else can I do?

If you click on your name on the right side of screen (there is an email symbol and bell symbol beside it) - it will bring up account details - if you go down to privacy tab and click that it will bring up a list - under the 'Allow User To:' section there is a part that says Start Conversation with you: It needs to be set to Members Only.
