I believe that you can post stories that you've also posted on other sites, as long as you can prove you're the author. Other members can probably clarify though.

The minimum here is 750 words. Some consider that super short, for others it's as much as they've ever written before.

Stories aren't required to be unique, but the site does have rules prohibiting the posting of partial works that are fully published elsewhere, especially if the work here is meant to serve as a teaser or advertisement for other sites that sell the complete work. I get the impression that's not an issue in this case.

There's no requirement for Lit exclusivity. It's your story, you can publish it wherever you like.

Lit prohibits teasers - chapters published here, where a reader needs to go elsewhere to read the whole thing.

750 words minimum, and all stories must be submitted to the site - in other words, no short stories in forum threads.
