i either listen to music or watch some tv... and on really strange occasions i do both
but right before i go to bed.. i have a granola bar cuz i can never fall asleep on an empty stomach

I cant sleep with either a tv or radio going so...
jeesh, unwind? I lay down, pet 1 of my pooches (the other is too old to get up and off the bed now).

roll over
fiddle with the sheets
get frustrated
get leg cramps (AAAArrrrghhhh!!!!!)
walk off the leg cramp
lay down
toss
turn
4 hours after starting this decide to get up.
Repeat in 19 hours or so hours
jeesh, unwind? I lay down, pet 1 of my pooches (the other is too old to get up and off the bed now).
