I saw on some HBO show a long time ago a Hermaphrodite that had both body parts, looked like a female and was told by her doctor that she could get herself pregnant because she had two fully formed sets of sexual organs.

I came across an article that said that it is more common than most of us believe.....as high as 1 in 2000 (although some scientists say its actually higher due to unreported births).

Many times once the "bud" is nipped the nerves are destoyed leaving a person to a life with no orgasms. We should leave these people in the natural state so they can pursue happiness in a way they see fit.
