You need to have 100 posts before the option appears. Looks like you just crossed that line, so try again.

It's under "User CP" at the top left of the page.......Carney

Well you have the required number of posts, so hopefully you have it figured out. User CP and find the pic you want to use, you will have to edit the size most likely. Good luck.
