Looking for a story I believe is in LW. Wife cheats with rich man. After divorce ex-husband buys property and builds a beautiful home. It is featured in a magazine and ex-wife (not knowing who built it) persuades new husband to buy it for her. He has political connections and persuades local politicians to use Eminent Domaine as a way to purchase the property. Ex husband realizes he will lose the lawsuit and is told he could burn all structures before he receives payment for the property (which he does).
