Todd, As best as i recall...No. you will just not rise to the challange so to speak.
However, you can make yourself sick from dehydration and exhaustion, and not enough food or sleep. That is to say you can make your body's resistance to colds and such low enough that you will come down with something.
Being young and healthy and by yourself i'm quite sure your arms will fall off before that point. Or else you will be so sore it will not be a problem!
