"Riley's keeping her lips shut on what happened when she found out about the mysterious panties. All I know is right now Kaylee has a nice little scratch on her cheek," I say. "So, catfight."

"I mean," I stammer. "I mean, you would be hot fighting for your guy," I offer up as the weakest of covers, obviously way turned on by Riley and Kaylee's hot asses wrestling around, unable to get the image from my mind.

"Wanna go again?" I ask just before launching a particularly violent, extended coughing fit, and collapsing back to the bed on my back, breathing heavily.

"Not right now, baby," I tell you, pressing you firmly into the bed and tucking us in snugly. "We're going to bed."

"No, baby, you won't convince me this time," I tell you softly. "You need to rest, you've exerted yourself enough." I kiss your cheek. "I love you, baby."

I just sort of huff and roll over onto my stomach as you curl up around and over me. I quickly nod off and struggle to breathe all night, sounding congested and hoarse.

I listen to you, wishing I could do more. I fall asleep, but wake up whenever you have a huge coughing fit.

"I know, sweetie," I say sympathetically. I give you some cough medicine and rub your back as I hold you and rock you.

The next morning is freezing cold and windy. My cough is a bit more relaxed and my energy seems higher even though it still persists. I take an early shower and throw on jeans, a rugby shirt, and a nice sweater over some worn-in brown leather slip on boots. I go back downstairs and begin making coffee and look into the fridge.

I wake up not long after you and smile as i smell coffee and put on jeans and a sweater of my own and came downstairs. "Hey, glad you're up and moving," I say smiling. I kiss your cheek. "How's the cough?"

"Ugh," I grunt, disgusted. "It's still there," I say. "It's not as bad though. My stomach hurts mostly from all the retching."

I nod. "I picked up some fresh ginger, as well as some ginger ale," I say. "That's usually really good for stomachaches." I smooth your hair from your eyes and smile. "You're doing good, baby."

I laugh a little. "Not a stomachache. I mean my abs hurt from all the working out from coughing." I pat your butt as you snuggle into me for a hug. "I need you in uniform at the bar at 2 today. We are having a meeting for all employees."

"Why are we having a meeting? And I have class at that time, you know that," I say. "I have ballet, and I need to be there, this is going to be our final."

I sigh as if annoyed. "We have some issues to work on and some new assignments and some discussions about upcoming events, and I need the staff to be there. What time can you be there?" I ask. "I'll wait and start when you show up."

"Just give me the minutes, I'm not making everyone wait at the bar for two hours for me," I tell you. "It's a two hour final, and will take me at least 15 minutes to get here. I'm sorry, Reece, but if I don't do the final, I fail the class."

"Do the final, and we will meet when you get there," I say sternly. "I'm not going to fight with you over this."

I nearly growl at the sternness in your voice, but don't say anything, just smile sweetly at you and move past you to grab a bagel to munch on. I was furious, but I wasn't going to voice it or do anything.
