Is the press going to EVER finish looking at Bush's record and take just a peek at John Forbes Kerry's record?

After all, we know how Bush will act as President, we don't need to look at his resume other than to ask "Was it faked?" Did he claim degrees he didn't earn? No. Did he claim a job he never held? No. Did he claim to be in Cambodia being shot at by the Khmer Rouge on Christmas Day under orders of Richard Nixon from the floor of the Senate because he wanted to "get" Ronald Reagan?

Did he ever walk off the set in a rage?

;) ;)

NOTE: SOURCE HIGHLY SUSPECT: CBS

While the John Forbes Kerry/Kerrey/Kennedy Camp is firmly focused of forging ahead with finding the Bush record, the Navy, THE NAVY, says John-boy hasn’t released all of his.

He doesn’t want a second credible source other than himself pointing out that he faked his first Purple Heart. Hell, that might even be bad for his campaign of Bush lied about his military record and is hence, unfit to keep his job as CIC…

The latest Swiftboat Ad is a montage of Kerry's explanations of the medal throwing incident.

I haven't seen it, but I've heard it. It is a potent ad.

Now, Hanoi Jane is popping off against Bush, like she's earned an ounce of credibility in her life...

Everyone's talking about the forged documents, but no one wants to talk about the unforged John Forrest Kerry documents which claim his first Purple Heart was faked.

For those of you with scorecards, next up on the plate: Secret Negotiations with the enemy while still in the reserves...

Bush's record at this point in the military is way more honorable than John Forges Kerry's is.

;) ;)

A never-before-published after-action report obtained from Navy archives by "Unfit for Command" co-author Jerome Corsi confirms key contradictions cited by the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth about John Kerry's Vietnam battle claims.

The documents contain battle damage reports from a March 1969 incident that show Kerry's PCF-94 Swift Boat sustained no bullet-hole damage after being exposed to what the report claims was "heavy A/W and S/A from both banks" of the Bay Hap River that lasted "for about 5000 meters."

The episode is the most famous of Kerry's combat exploits, the one where he claims to have rescued Special Forces officer James Rassmann while under heavy fire after PCF-94 was hit by a mine.

The explosion tossed Rassman overboard.

But despite the supposed barrage of gunfire, the after-action report lists damage to PCF-94 as follows:

"Two stbd and one port main cabin windows blown out. VRC-46 radio and all remote units pilot house inop. AC wiring shorted out. Onan generator inop. Steerage control after helm inop. Stbd bilge pump broken. Screws curled and chipped. Radar gear box frozen. Main engines experienced RPM drop."

Nowhere is any bullet-hole damage noted.

In an interview with NewsMax on Friday, Corsi said that the damage noted in the Navy report was consistent with the description of the event given in "Unifit for Command," where Kerry boatmates say there was no enemy fire after the mine explosion under another boat, PCF-3.

Throb. Thanks to Dan Rather, the issue may be losing a little traction...

But there is a new group after John Forges Kerry now:

Kerry Critics

First there was the Vietnam Veterans Against Kerry (search), then came the anti-Kerry Swift Boat Veterans for Truth, and now there's the Football Fans for Truth, a new 527 group hoping to highlight John Kerry's, "unsuitability to be sportsman-in-chief."

A Green Bay Packers fan and a business partner, both Bush-Cheney fans, organized the group after Kerry, recently campaigning in Green Bay, called the football stadium there "Lambert Field," instead of "Lambeau Field." The group's founders, quoted by the Green Bay Press-Gazette, insist Kerry is a, "sports poser."

Fox News

Remember the Red Sox incidents?

Let me see...

The 60 Minutes team was having conversations with the John Forges Kerry team...

And, the majority of the Viacomm Board is comprised of Democratic Donors and Former Democrat Governmental Officials...

And, they are going to investigate the matter fully...

Hmmmm...

And they ran the "Fortunate Son" ads as soon as the 60 Minutes piece aired...

Hmmmm...

Former National Guard commander Bill Burkett has become the first player in the CBS forged document scandal to implicate John Kerry's presidential campaign, telling the Fort Worth Star Telegram that top Kerry aide Joe Lockhart pressed him to turn over damaging evidence on George Bush.

Say it ain't so Jean Boy!

Just some 40 days out and the campaign is still all about Vietnam in one form or another...

Sinclair has offered for Kerry to come in and tell his version of the story*

But he won't.
The Vietnam Veterans have asked him to just show up and apologize. But he won't.
The Swifties said, they would stop all ads if Jean Francois Kerrey would just apologize. But he won't.

If he cannot stand up to the citizens of America, how much better will be be with our enemies? He is the biggest Dove in the Senate! (Well, tallest at any rate...)

* More Kerry insight:

Linda Chavez

“Trying to decipher what makes John Kerry tick is hard work, even for the journalists assigned to cover his presidential bid, which is why Matt Bai's New York Times magazine profile, "Kerry's Undeclared War," is so impressive. Bai admits that Kerry treats reporters as the enemy: "he acts as if you've been sent to destroy him, and he can't quite figure out why in the world he should be sitting across from you," writes Bai. Kerry views the most banal issues as fraught with danger. In the most amusing anecdote in the long piece, Bai describes Kerry's wariness over a simple choice of what kind of water to drink:
"A row of Evian water bottles had been thoughtfully place on a nearby table. Kerry frowned.
"'Can we get any of my water?'" Kerry asks, sending his communications director out to fetch a different brand.
"'What kind of water do you drink?'" Bai inquires of Kerry, trying to make conversation.
"'Plain old American water,'" (Kerry) said.
"'You mean tap water?'" asks Bai.
"'No,' Kerry replied deliberately. He seemed now to sense some kind of trap. I was left to imagine what was going through his head. If I admit that I drink bottled water, then he might say I'm out of touch with ordinary voters. But doesn't demanding my own brand of water seem even more aristocratic? Then again, Evian is French -- important to stay away from anything even remotely French, " Bai fantasizes the candidate running through his options.
"'There are all kinds of waters,' (Kerry) said finally. Pause. 'Saratoga Spring.' This seemed to have exhausted his list. 'Sometimes I drink tap water,' he added." It's a funny episode, but also telling. “
