Actually, I believe when you try to add someone as a Contact, you can put in their e-mail.

It will say "This person may not be using the MSN service, would you like to send them an e-mail?"

In fact, if you know their e-mail addy, why don't you just send them a message?

I kinda sorta didn't get the e-mail addy directly from the person, He wouldn't know who I am. and wouldn't know how to tell him where I got the addy.
