I hear your pain, brotha, but I was hoping for the Twins.

They're the American League team I picked to go, now if the Cards can whip some ass and get there, I'll have to W.S. I want to watch.

To be honest, though, seeing the Yankees in the Series year after year kinda took the fun outta it. Strange, I know.

Here in the midwest, they stoped carrying that game, to show the Cards-Giants first pitch. WTF? The game hasn't even started yet, and they stopped showing the other one, 5 minutes ago. UGH!

As a dyed in the wool Cub fan, I am for *anybody* to beat the Cardinals.

Giants 4 - Angels 2

Love my Giants and cannot have a Disney team win it all just before they sell the team. Mike Sciosa and the Angels deserve a great deal of respect for the way they play.

(Glad not to see the Yanks or Braves. They've ruined most of the WS this decade)

*its Anaheim Angels, due to Disney's insistence.

World Series Bound...wooooo!

shit. I gotta get tickets...

They'd still be in it if they remembered to work deep into the count like they did in past years.

How much did they miss Brosius, O'Neill, and Tino in these playoff? Enough to exit in the first round.

I don't think it would have mattered with them. It was the relief pitching that suffered. They had the hitting.

Yeah Baby yeah!!!! I'm a Dodgers/ Angels fan.

Always been a Dogders fan, and I've been an Angels Fan since Rod Carew came over from the Twins. It's been a long time coming for the Halo's, and it is doubly sweet cause an ex-Dogder, Mike Scioscia led them there. Now if only
Dusty Baker can lead the Giants to the Series. That would make two ex-Dodgers squaring off against each other for the Series. Wouldn't Tommy La Sorda be proud of his former players. Of cours, since Dusty is with the Giants. I'd have to root for the Angels in the series.

Goooooooooooooo Halos!!!

I actually forgave them for beating the Yanks...

...and they've won!
Me too. Once I got over them losing, then, I decided to root for the underdog. I mean, come on, this is their 1st Series, EVER! So, their the sentimental favorite.
