Oh how I love my family.

I have in the past two hours received a phone call from my sister as well as one of my nieces. I have also received an E-Mail from my brother. All of these are begging/demanding that I take my nephew in. All of them demanding that hide my nephew.

Why do they wish me to take in/hide my nephew? Because as they put it he is being hounded unfairly by the police where he lives.

To bad that they called me today and not yesterday while I was on the road.

I have checked the local news up there. My Nephew is being indicted by a Grand Jury for multiple Felony charges. The least is Breaking and entering with intent.

Breaking and Entering in the daytime with intent.
Grand Theft
Destruction of Private Property. (He scuttled a fishing boat.)
Theft of a Firearm
Felon in possesion of a Firearm.
Defacement of a firearm.
Possesion of drugs with intent to distribute.
Assault and Battery with Intent to commit murder.
Assault and Battery while armed
Assault and Battery with a deadly weapon.
Violation of Civil Rights.
Attempted Rape.

I checked with a friend of mine, who happens to be well placed in local law enforcement circles. They have proof of most charges including video from security cameras.

My Nephew is facing up to life.

His excuse and defense? They are only illegals.

I explained to my brother and sister that if he ever shows up at my door the local police will have another homicide to investigate.

P.S. I don't know why you refused your family. You could have helped your nephew add several more charges to his resume by helping him to be on the run....especially if he went across state lines.

A legal firearm of modern manufacture has a serial number stamped on it. It is illegal to remove and/or deface said serial number.

It is amazing how stupid my Siblings think I am. Then again they think everyone else is stupid.

These are the same one's who are trying to bring my parents Mental Competency into question because they sold a section of property without their permission.

My brother is the one who informed me I was trying to break up the family when I moved out of New England. Even though he was living in Texas at the time.

My sister is the one who was bagged with three Kilo's of Coke in her car, and told me with a straight face that it was for her personal use.

My brother is the one who after marrying into a Catholic Family told me I had to leave the area of sin called South Florida and return to the fold.

My sister is the one who told me with a straight face that she would inform my parents that I had sexually abused one of my nieces when she was ten years old unless I helped her pay the rent on her place. (When that niece was ten years old, it was 1985 and I was in Germany. Kind of hard to sexually abuse her when she lived in Massachussetts.)

My siblings are amusing. If they had the brains they think they have they might be dangerous.

Defacement of a firearm means attempting to or removing the serial numbers stanped into the parts of the firearm. Makes it harder to identify and trace.

A&B While armed just means you have a weapon of some kind. It can be a baseball bat or a Rubber Chicken. (If you threaten bodily harm with it, it is considered a weapon and you are armed.) A&B with a deadly weapon means you are showing or threatening to use a weapon that can easily cause death. ie. a firearm or a blade.

To be honest I was thinkin of allowing him to come down here and then turning his ass in, but I didn't want the headaches.

While I have done some things that were against the law, and I have even done some things I thought were wrong I have always stood up for myself. I have never made excuses and I have always been willing to accept the consequences. (No I will not elaborate.)

While this idea has merit, I couldn't afford the insurance. You know they would sue the first time an audience member spit on their sneakers.

while I like the idea you are bing much too kind. I would never inflict that kind of indignity on the residents of any reservation. (Not too mention they would kill him too quickly.)

I have been talking with a high school friend of mine who seems to always need employees. He's going to petition the courts to have him work for his company if he gets probation.

My friend is an Environmental Re-Engineering Specialist. He deals mainly with the Waste Reduction Field. In other words he would be dumping my nephew in old and boggy Septic Tanks to clean them out before they are rebuilt to meet current codes.
