I hope that was a joke. Surely you know some women (and men) are just pigmented that way? There's even a trend, I've heard, among actresses and the like, to do "asshole bleaching." I don't know what chemicals they actually use, but I know no one's getting near my asshole with any bleach! A person could get cancer just thinking about it!!

Oh, judging from the picture I'd guess she's into anal. But not because of the pigmentation :)
