People are always kinder to ex-Presidents. the same thing will happen with Obama.

This poll is from two years ago, but look at Jimmy Carter's job approval rating now (56%) compared to his final days in office (34%).

I'm certain that plays into it. Just like Dubya's recent press conferences with Clinton reminded people how likeable he is. None of it really means we'd want either of them back running the country.

Precisely. A beer with Bush sounds like it would be great. Hell I think Harold and Kumar got that right, he's got a weed stash and he'd share as long as you didn't tell his dad. Obama. . .I think he's a goodish president but I don't think I want to chill with him for a weekend. Not unless I want someone who will play basketball.
