based upon the level of intelligence present in the Britons I care about, I don't find it all amazing that they can find a lit candle in a dark room....which is about how hard it is to see that Bush is a danger to world peace...

Kim Jong-il is not a threat to world peace. Because North Korea have no allies, a starved ecomony, people and army, and only one weapon - da bomb. And if they use da bomb, China will turn in their direction and sneeze. Which means they're history. They're a one-time threat to anyone they can reach with a missile though.
