No, that's why I see the efforts of a sincere but unskilled poster. It takes a while. Hell Hanns started from the first post (I was there literally!) to piss people off and couldn't manage it. The proof is in the puddin'.

If the guy's willing to make an effort to be dignified in debate, then I'm willing to give him a chance to change rather than back him into the corner and have a mob go of him.

It's one thing to be "dignified" in a debate. It's another to know HOW to debate. LT doesn't know how to debate. When he learns how, which I doubt he will, then I'd be happy to debate him on an issue. Otherwise, LT's "dignified debating" only equates to obnoxiously informing us how right he thinks he is. Gawd help anyone who just happens to disagree with him. His threads are more than enough proof of that.

LOL Yup, I've gotten the same thing on certain "single" issue subjects. But this dude collects it on everything he touches. It's amazing to watch.
