Bump this every day Trump doesn't release the unredacted Epstein list that ultra-dumb Deplorables swore he would

And signed the bill.
Which wasn't needed.

You're just upset because Epstein was a big-time Democrat donor.
He was a donor of multiple bipartisan candidates.

I've already expressed my opinion on many of them here I n the forum. It's not aligned with this sentiment.

Tl dr version - I don't care whether the files are released or not. My perspective is on the lies and deflection.

Longer version
The current President has said he would release the files.
The current President has actively and publicly fought against the release of those files.
The current President can release the files without Congressional legislation.
The current President has created a fake investigation so he can continue to not release all the information.
The current President is not Biden.

MAGA fucks are literally falling for this shit. The files were never going to be released. Now they've got their Boogeyman and we'll be hearing about how they burned the evidence or something and for months we'll hear about more of this horseshit.
Thanks for R_G for bumping this gem from February.

My perspective all along has been that the President lies and the MAGA fucks defend him.

All
The
Time

I typically use ChatGPT to gather supporting material, but don't post the results straight here. But this one is a good summary

Bottom Line

✔️ Yes, the President can release or declassify a large portion of federal Epstein-related files.

❌ But the President cannot directly release state records, sealed judicial files, or grand jury material.

And adding
> Has the current President (Trump) lied about releasing Epstein’s files?

Short answer: — Yes, there are credible arguments that he’s made misleading or contradictory statements about Epstein files.

You're making my point about why his statement was so weird!

After the 11 September terrorist attacks, would your Donald Trump have said, "Well, on the one hand . . . and on the other hand"?

As for me, it seems that putting up statues of those traitors was like putting up a statue of Osama Bin Laden at the corner of Church and Liberty streets in Manhattan!

That's your opinion and you're entitled to it. And many people have a different opinion. And that's really all President Trump was saying.
If it's your opinion that there is a "Well, on the one hand . . . and on the other hand" equivalence, then you, too, would sound like someone who might want to put up a statue of Osama Bin Laden at the corner of Church and Liberty streets in Manhattan! (I hope you're not of that opinion)

Sure, some people have despicable opinions. It's important to call them out for it.
