way back in 2002, epstein invited a bunch of AI pioneers to a Caribbean conference funded by “some rich guy.” That was epstein, collector of people. The conference wasn't on his private island, but some of the attendees were invited to attend a banquet there (just 2 miles away) during the symposium. Some of these people are now speaking out, obviously concerned about what may come out and how it may affect them and keen to get ahead of the stories. Some are glad they never went to his island, saying they 'dodged a bullet' there.

“When the Epstein thing all hit the fan, people would say … ‘Everybody had to know,’” said Mary Shepherd, 75, an owner of machine-reasoning AI company Cycorp who attended the meeting with her late husband and cofounder, Doug Lenat.

Shepherd remembered going to the island on a boat sent by Epstein for her and Lenat, and MIT cognitive and computer scientist Marvin Minsky, who died in 2016, and his wife, Gloria Rudisch Minsky.

“Because the sea was a little rough, as soon as I got there, I needed to use the ladies room, so I went inside to use it, and Ghislaine Maxwell [Epstein’s associate and former girlfriend]was in the room that I had to walk through to get to the bathroom, and there were two girls there who I assumed were her children,” Shepherd told Raw Story.

Aaron Sloman, 88, a philosopher and AI and cognitive researcher, attended the conference and co-authored a paper on the discussions. He told Raw Story via email Epstein paid for his travel from the U.K. He traveled on “a private plane owned by Epstein” to the island, he wrote.

“I think the accommodation provided by Epstein was lavish, though I can't remember details now,” said Sloman, citing memories “partly restricted by my slowly but steadily worsening dementia.”

The attendee who requested anonymity described Epstein as “like an ADHD curious kid.”

“He was eccentric. If he had an interesting conversation with a scientist or liked them, he’d ask them what they would do if they had more funding,” the attendee wrote.

“Sometimes he’d ask a scientist a technical question, then would follow with a personal question, which I always found odd."

Mysteriously, the Democrats “won” the rigged election—and just like that, the blood-sucking cabal conspiracy cooled to smoldering embers.

Then came Trump’s reelection campaign. The base, still thirsting for justice and ritual spectacle, demanded action: Show us the evidence! Bring us the heads of past Democratic presidents and their “Elk” on pikes!

Trump and Pam Bondi were quick to reassure. Oh yeah, we’re on that—like, right now! Bondi even held a made-for-TV binder reveal, gushing over documents she claimed would finally expose the cabal.

Turns out... it was nothing new. Just old documents, already public, and not a single shred of evidence to hang the alleged cabal with.

Behind the scenes, the FBI had supposedly been running 24-hour marathons—flipping pages like caffeinated librarians—hunting for Trump’s name. And they found it.

Suddenly, the smoke blew back. Bondi looked foolish. Trump was scolded. The base blinked. Wait—was he covering something up? What. The. Hell.

As the flames rose over the proverbial pizza parlor again, things got even weirder. Now there were no files to release. Trump turned on his loyalists, calling them scum, dupes, fools falling for a Democrat trap.

Maybe they didn’t want to poke the bear after Trump’s second defeat. Maybe they respected the DOJ and court rulings. Maybe.

And then, in a bizarre twist of PR cleanup, a convicted sex trafficker—yes, the lady pedophile—was hastily interviewed to “set the record straight.” Not that she cut a deal or anything. She was just conveniently transferred to a minimum-security spa with no gates or guards at the front. Totally normal.

Oh, and remember the story that the Vice President had a dinner meeting with DOJ staff to “strategize” about it all? Turns out that was canceled—because it was never scheduled to begin with. Reliable sources said otherwise, of course.

So, what now?

Did I get this all right?

One would think the justice system had turned political.

But maybe that’s not it.

Maybe it's just gangrenous. Rotting from the inside.

Perhaps, but with everything else it's been issues about something that MAGA can be trained to hate (immigrants, college education, "woke," dark-skinned people, vaccines, a clean environment, etc.). Now Trump's telling MAGA they're stupid for hating on the people (whoever's in the Epstein files) he's been training them to hate all along!
